Overview

A simple space for retreat and connecting with nature.  The experimental structure will use a range of earth construction techniques based on the site soil. Funding for the first phase of the project came through an arts grant with Soil Science Australia. Working with soil scientists we analysed the clay before prototyping 10 different building components, the most successful of which will be taken forward into the building itself.
