The Landing Table is a solid timber table designed for hospitality, workplace, and residential use. It combines a recycled stainless steel base with a Hoop Pine top, fabricated in our Brisbane workshop using regionally sourced and salvaged materials.
Available in 900 mm and 1200 mm diameters, the tables can be specified individually or paired with our matching Landing Stools.
The tabletop is made from locally grown, FSC-certified Hoop Pine, a Queensland native selected for its strength, stability, and fine grain. It is sealed in a low-VOC hardwax oil that protects the surface while allowing for future maintenance and refinishing. The timber is regionally sourced and supports responsible forestry.
The stainless steel bases were salvaged from a renovation at Westfield and were originally fabricated in Melbourne for commercial use. They have been refurbished in our workshop and returned to service.
Supply is limited to the number of bases recovered. Once allocated, this edition will not be reproduced.
Originally designed for Landing Bakery in Scarborough. Learn more about the project here.

Timber table top:
Most over the counter cleaners have solvents or caustic qualities that could strip the protective properties of the natural finish we use. Clean with warm water and mild soap. No gumption, abrasives, or harsh chemicals. No acids or lemons.
Steel base:
For a routine clean, use a mild soap and water solution, wiping with the grain and rinsing thoroughly. Stubborn stains can be tackled with a stainless steel cleaner or a mixture of white vinegar and water. Dry the surface with a microfiber cloth to prevent water spots.
