Five Mile Radius warrants the original purchaser that we will repair or replace the piece or furniture or concrete without charge if the product fails as a direct result of the defect in its manufacture.

This warranty excludes:

• • Physical damage resulting from mistreatment, negligence, excessive heat or moisture.
  • Physical damage resulting from general wear and tear including minor edge chipping or scratching.
  • Where the product is installed with known or visible manufacturing defect at time of installation.
  • Damage following a failure to follow supplied care instructions
  • In concrete, any minor surface irregularities, chips, pinholes, cracks or discolorations, consistent with information supplied on our brochure.
  • Damage occurring around undermounted sinks.
  • In timber, any minor surface irregularities, cracks or discolorations, consistent with information supplied on our website.

Any claim under the warranty will be void if:

• • The claim is not made to Five Mile Radius within 1 year of purchase.
  • The claim is not registered with Five Mile Radius within a reasonable time of the defect becoming apparent.
    
    

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
