Design of the central hub for Open Actions festival at Enoggera Reservoir. Working with Metro Arts and People Artist Place we created a landscape of charred timber seats and concrete tables shaded by our Australian cotton canvas tent.

Turning a design commission into a research exercise, the project isolated recycled telegraph poles as a primary material. Working with supplier Kennedys Timbers, this project was used to design our telegraph stools, a piece of repeatable furniture which continues the use of this surplus material.
